Arthur Y. Chang began his investment real estate career in 1999 with an emphasis on multifamily commercial real estate. While studying Electrical Engineering at UCLA, he worked part time at Sperry Van Ness where he assisted top-producing agents in creating detailed property analysis reports, researching rent and sales comparable and developing comprehensive marketing packages. Having a passion for business and finance, Arthur graduated with an economics degree from UCLA.
In 2001, Arthur took his real estate career to the next level by partnering with a top-producing multi-family agent at RE/MAX Commercial. There, he assisted in marketing and selling numerous multifamily properties. Moreover, he worked closely with clients to facilitate myriad of purchase and sales transactions, identified suitable exchange properties and assisted them in the successful closing of their 1031 exchange(s).
After spending time at RE/MAX Commercial, Arthur joined the team at National Equity Advisors in 2006. This move further enhanced Arthur’s ability to deliver the highest level of client services and it has enabled him to leverage his own expertise by capitalizing on NEA’s cutting-edge marketing and research capabilities; all for the benefit of his rapidly expanding client base in the Los Angeles area. In 2007 and 2008 Arthur won the award for top producing agent at NEA.
Today, Arthur is a Senior Investment Advisor at Keller Williams Brentwood. Arthur has years of hands on experience managing multifamily units and deeply understands the needs of apartment owners. With superior knowledge of multiple aspects of analysis, marketing, sales and day to day ownership of multifamily properties, Arthur brings tremendous value to apartment owners.
